1. Payment and Renewal
1.1. General Terms
A membership subscription is available on the Website. By selecting a paid membership, you agree to pay Altcoin Investor the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a membership and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Please note: Membership fees are not refundable.
1.2. Automatic Renewal
Unless you notify Altcoin Investor before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel your membership, your membership subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such membership (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.
Memberships can be canceled at any time in the account section of your profile.
1.3 Refund Policy
Unless indicated otherwise at the explicit discretion of Altcoin Investor, all sales are final and no refunds are provided for any products or services provided.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including trademarks, service marks, graphics, rights, and logos used in connection with the Services, belong to Altcoin Investor.
Altcoin Investor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all of its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights in connection with “Altcoin Investor”, “AltcoinInvestor.com”, and the Altcoin Investor logo. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website or Services may be the trademarks of other third parties.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers to you any right, interest, or ownership in any intellectual property, or extends to you any license of any intellectual property, including any right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any trademark.
Altcoin Investor and any third-party proprietors of intellectual property rights used in connection with the Website or Services shall each retain ownership of their respective intellectual property rights.
3. Changes
Altcoin Investor reserves the right, at its sole and unfettered discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Altcoin Investor may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new products or subscriptions). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Termination
Altcoin Investor may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your AltcoinInvestor.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website and our Services. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions including ownership of intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
5. Disclaimers
The content on this website and Services are provided "as is". Altcoin Investor hereby disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither Altcoin Investor nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Services will be accurate, error-free, or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you use, download from, or otherwise obtain benefits through, the Services at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Altcoin Investor be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. Altcoin Investor shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Without prejudice to the above and to the extent permitted by law, in the event that Altcoin Investor is found to be liable to you in any way, such liability will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Altcoin Investor under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.
7. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with this Agreement, including the Altcoin Investor Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of data exported from your country of residence) and (ii) your use of the Services will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. Website Content
Altcoin Investor makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on this website is accurate, complete, or up to date, that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content.
The Website may contain Content that contains technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors.
8.1 Content Posted on Other Websites

9.1 Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Altcoin Investor and you concerning the subject matter hereof. The Agreement and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Unless any alternative dispute resolution procedure is agreed between the parties, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute that arises out of or under this Agreement. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions shall not be affected by such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability, and shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable term or provision shall be deemed not to be part of these terms. The failure of either party to enforce at any time a term or condition of this Agreement shall in no way be interpreted as a waiver of such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that agrees to the terms of this Agreement in writing; Altcoin Investor may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assignees.
